ORDINANCE EXTENDING FOR EIGHT MONTHS
URGENCY ZONING ORDINANCE RESTRICTING
MOVING OR DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS OF
HISTORICAL, CULTURAL OR ARCHITECTURAL
IMPORTANCE.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
The effective period of Ordinance No. 1126 of the Town,
an urgency ordinance restricting moving or demolition of
buildings of historical, cultural or architectural importance,
is hereby extended. for eight months.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance is adopted after notice and, public hearing
pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Sections 65858,
65856 and 65854. This ordinance is an interim urgency ordinance
adopted. under the provisions of Government Code Section 65858,
and the findings of fact in Ordinance No. 1126 are incorporated
by reference herein. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
The Town Clerk of the Town of Los Gatos shall cause this
ordinance to be published once within fifteen (15) days after
its adoption, in the Los Gatos Times - Saratoga. Observer, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and. circulated. in
the Town of Los Gatos.

California, at a regular meeting of the Town
Council held. on the 1 9th d.ay of November , 1973,
