Ordinance 1135 - AMENDING SECTION 29.9 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOSORDINANCE NO. 1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 29.9 OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
Section 29.9 of Ordinance 867, the Zoning Ordinance of the
Town of Los Gatos, is hereby amended, to read:
SEC . 2 29 .99 . ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE
OF USE AND OCCUPANCY
No Building Permit, or Certificate of Use and
Occupancy, shall be issued. for any building, structure
or use for which a Conditional Use Permit or Variance
has been granted until expiration of the time for
appeal, nor pending the determination thereof.
SECTION 2.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT and shall be in force thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption. The Town Clerk of the
Town of Los Gatos shall cause this Ordinance to be published once
within fifteen (IS) days after its adoption, in the Los Gatos
Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a re ular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 5th day of
November 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held. on
the 19 th day of November 1973, by the
following vote:
