ORDINANCE NO. 1136 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />CONCERNING PERMITTED USES IN THE <br />HR DISTRICT. <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. <br />Section 18 -A.4, subdivision a. of the Zoning Ordinance <br />is amended. to read.: <br />a. Single family dwellings, provided, that there not <br />be more than one principal residential structure <br />located, on a single lot or parcel. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Section 18 -A.5, subdivision h. is add.ed. to the Zoning <br />Ordinance, to read: <br />h. Residential stru.ctu.res in addition to an existing <br />principal residential structure located on a single <br />lot or parcel, provided : <br />1. The total number of dwelling units shall not <br />exceed, that allowable under the slope density <br />formula. <br />2. A tentative subdivision map or parcel map (as is <br />appropriate, depending on the number of parcels) <br />shall be processed concurrently with the application <br />for the conditional use permit, the map to show a. <br />separate lot for the site of each residential <br />structure, and the conditional use permit shall <br />not be granted. unless the map is approved..
