ORDINANCE NO. 1164 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />CONCERNING NURSERY SCHOOLS <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Sections 5.50), 6.5(e), 6 1.5(m), 7.5(d), 14.5(p), 18- A.50), <br />and 24.5(e) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos are <br />amended to read: <br />SEC: <br />USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Nursery Schools, provided that each shall be on <br />a site not less than 20,000 square feet in area <br />and in a building not less than 2,000 square feet <br />in floor area. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Section 6- 1.5(f) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los <br />Gatos is amended to read: <br />SEC. 6 -1.5: USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />f. Schools, public and parochial (elementary or high), <br />c o l l e g.e . <br />SECTION 3. <br />Section 12..5(8) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los <br />Gatos is amended to read: <br />SEC. 12.5: <br />9. <br />USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Nursery Schools, provided that each shall be on <br />a site not less than 20,000 square feet in area <br />and in a building not less than 2,000 square feet <br />in floor area. <br />
