ORDINANCE NO. 1169 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR AUTOMOTIVE TIRE SALES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE CH ZONE. The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain: SECTION 1. Section 11.5(m) is added to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos to read as follows: SEC. 11.5 USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT M. Automotive tires and accessories, sales and service, excluding recapping. SECTION 2. The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Ordinance. This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circu- lation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos within fifteen (15) days of its final passage and this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage. The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 5th day of August , 1974.
