AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZONI ORD114ANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE
NO. 81, — FROM W TO RC
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
SECTION I.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
amended to change the zoning of the property shown on the map
which is attached hereto and is a part of this Ordinance from
W or Watershed Zone to RC or Resource Conservation Zone.
SECTION 2.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Or-
dinance. This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los
Gatos Times M Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos within
fifteen (15) days•of its final passage and this Ordinance shall
take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage.
