ORDINANCE NO. > > 78 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION <br />ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LDS GATOS <br />CONCERNING CONDOMINIUMS AND PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENTS. <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Section 27 -9.5 is added to the subdivision ordinance <br />of the Town of Los Gatos to read: <br />SEC. 27 -9.5 COVENANTS, ETC. FOR CONDOMINIUMS <br />AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS <br />When the proposed subdivision is a condominium <br />or a planned development, the subdivider shall <br />present with the tentative map a copy of any <br />instrument or document such as covenants, <br />conditions and restrictions which is intended to <br />be used to affect the subdividing of the land. <br />The regulation imposed by this section is not <br />limited to the instruments commonly referred to <br />as covenants, conditions and restrictions, and <br />includes legends on subdivision maps, deeds of <br />easement, articles of incorporation and bylaws. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Section 27 -12.5 is added to the subdivision ordinance <br />of the Town of Los Gatos to read: <br />-1- <br />
