VY .-. �. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1 190 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING <br />ZONE CHANGE NO. 87 PREZONING TO HR. <br />The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as <br />follows. <br />SECTION 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby <br />amended to prezone the property shown on the map which is attached <br />hereto and is a part of this Ordinance to HR (Hillside Residen- <br />tiai Zone) . <br />SECTION 2. <br />The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Ordinance. <br />This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los Gatos Times - <br />Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation, printed <br />and published in the Town of Los Gatos within fifteen (15) days <br />of its final passage and this Ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />(30) days following its final passage. <br />The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly <br />introduced at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los <br />Gatos held on the 6th <br />day of January 1 1975 <br />
