AN ORDINANCE. OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE
NO, 88 FROM R ^1;10,000 AND R- 1:20,000
TO HR,
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows
SECTION 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
amended to change the zoning of the properties shown on the maps
which are attached hereto and are a part of this Ordinance from
R °1:10,000 and R- 1,20,000 to HR,
SECTION 2,
Th.e Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Or-
dinance, This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los
Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos within
fifteen (15) days of its final passage and this Ordinance shall
take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage.
