y) J <br />,ORDINANCE NO. 1195 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE <br />NO. 91 FRO1°1 UNZONED TO R- 1:12 <br />The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby <br />amended to zone property shown on the map which is attached <br />hereto and is a part of this Ordinance to R- 1;12,.000. <br />SECTION 2. <br />The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance. This Ordinance shall be published once in the <br />Los Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general <br />circulation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos <br />within fifteen (15) days of its final passage and this Ordinance <br />shall take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage. <br />'The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly <br />introduced <br />at <br />a meeting <br />of the <br />Town <br />Council <br />of the Town of Los <br />Gatos held <br />on <br />the 17 th <br />day <br />of <br />Marc <br />, 1975, <br />
