AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE
N0. 110 FROM R- M :5 -12 TO R- M:5-12 -.PD.
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
amended to change the zoning of the property shown on the map
which is attached hereto and is a part of this Ordinance from
R- M:5 -12 (Multiple Family Residential, 5 -12 dwelling units per
net acre) to R- M:5 -12 -PD (.Multiple Family Residential, 5 -12
dwelling units per net acre - Planned Development).
SECTION 2.
Uses and Improvements Authorized
The PD (Planned Development Combining) Zone established by
this Ordinance authorizes a development on the above described
real property consisting of the division of the property into
twenty -nine (29) lots; twenty -eight (28) lots each containing a
duplex structure and contiguous private rear yard areas, and one
(1) common lot containing all other property, including a pool
and cabana recreation area, pedestrian walkways, front and side
yard lawn and landscaping areas, uncovered parking areas, drive-
ways and private streets and other improvements shown and required
on the "Official Development Plan" on file with the Town Clerk
and the Planning Department.
SECTION 3.
Official Development Plan
Prior to the issuance of any permits in compliance with the
"Official Development Plan" hereby approved, precise plans shall
be submitted to and approved by th.e Planning Commission of the Town
of Los Gatos pursuant to Section 20.11 of Ordinance 867.

landscape treatment.
6. Sheet No. 7: Typical floor plan of existing units.
7. Sheet No. 8: Site plan of the cabana area, including
a pool, "trellis shelter ", and barbeque area.

8. Brochure entitled "Matter of; foothills of Los Gatos"
(received stamped March 7, 1975) listing project intent
and description. Other improvements noted are repainting
and grooming th.e duplex structures; and installation
of childrens "playground, including play equipment.
SECTION 4.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this
Ordinance. This Ordinance shall be published once in the
Los Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos
within fifteen (15) days of its final passage and this Ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
Introduced at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the 21st day of Apr il , 1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the
5th day of May , 1975 by the following vote:
