AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
TO PROVIDE FOR PRINTING AND PUBLISHING BUSI-
NESSES AS A FIRST PERMITTED USE IN THE LM
ZONE
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain)as
follows:
SECTION 1.
Secti=on 15.4bb is added to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town
of Los Gatos to read as follows:
SEC. 15.4 USES PERMITTED
bb. Printing and publishing businesses.
SECTION 2.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Ordi-
nance. This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los Gatos
Times ® Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the Town of Las Gatos within fifteen (15)
days of its final passage and this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days following its final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the 5th day of May y , 1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council held
on the 19th day of May .,._., 1975 by the following vote:
