ORDINANCE NO. 1232
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE
NO. 124 FROM R- 1:20,000 TO R- 1:10,000.
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
amended to change the zoning of the property shown on the map
which is attached hereto and is a part of this Ordinance from
R °1:20.,.000 to R- 1:10,000.
SECTION 2.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Or-
dinance. This Ordinance shall be published once In the Los
Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos within
fifteen (15) days of its final passage and this Ordinance shall
take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the 2nd day of June —, 197 5 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the
16th day of June , 191' by the following vote:
