AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO HAVE SEWER
SERVICE CHARGES COLLECTED ON THE TAX
ROLL FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975 ®76.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Section 25-13.1 contained in Article II of Chapter 25
of the Town Code of the Town of Los Gatos relating to rates
and charges for use of the Town sewerage system is hereby
amended to read:
SEC. 2513.1 COLLECTION OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, pursuant to the provisions of Section
5473 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of
California, hereby elects, as an alternative procedure,
to have its sewer service charges for the 19747-1976
fiscal year, as described in Section 25 ®7 of this
Code, collected on the tax roll in the same manner,
by the same persons, and at - the same time as, together
with and not separately from, its general taxes.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance is effective July 1, 1975.

SECTION 3.
The Town Clerk of the Town. of Los Gatos shall cause this
ordinance to be published once within fifteen (15) days after
its adoption, in the Los Gatos Times ®Sara,toga, Observer, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in
the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 7th day of July , 1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held on
the 21st day of July , 1975, by the following vote:
