ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
SING CORRECTIVE CHANGES CONCERNING
ADOPTION OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
THAT THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The introduction to section 7.01.070 is amended to read:
SEC. 7.01.070 EXIT SIGN AND ILLUMINATION
Section 3312 of the Uniform Building Code is
amended to read:
SECTION 2.
Sections 7 -18, 7-19, 7 -20, 7 -21 and 7 -22 as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1068, sections 16 through 20, are repealed.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT and shall be in force
thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption. The Town Clerk
of the Town of Los Gatos shall cause this ordinance to be published
once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Los Gatos
Times- Saratoga, Observer, a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 4th day of August ,
1975.

Gatos, California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council held
on the 18th day of August , 1975, by the following
