ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING SECTIONS
16- 61(a)(3) and 16 -73(c) of THE LOS GATOS TOWN CODE
PERTAINING TO PASSENGER LOADING ZONES
The Town. Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 10
Sections 16- 61(a)(3) and 16 -73(c) of the Los Gatos Town Code
are hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 16- 61 (a)(3)
White shall mean no stopping, standing, or parking at
any time of any day for any purpose other than loading
or unloading of passengers, which shall not exceed ten
minutes.
Section 16 -73(c)
Permission herein granted to stop or park for purposes
of loading or unloading passengers shall include the
loading or unloading of personal baggage, but shall
not extend beyond the time necessary therefor, and in
no event for more than ten minutes.
SECTION 2,
All passenger loading zones within the Town established by
prior resolutions or ordinances of the Town in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby amended.
SECTION 3.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this
Ordinance, This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los Gatos
Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
and published in the Town of Los Gatos, within fifteen (15) days of
its final passage, and this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days following its final passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced
at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, held on
the 19th day of January , 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 2nd
day February , 1976, by the following vote:
