v <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1307 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING SECTION B4 -41 OF THE SANTA <br />CLARA COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE, AS <br />PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY <br />THE TOWN, RELATING TO DOG LICENSE FEES <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Section B4 -41 of the Santa Clara County Ordinance Code, <br />adopted by reference by the Town of Los Gatos on September 2, 1975 <br />by means of Town Ordinance No. 1261 is amended to read: <br />SEC. B4 -41. LICENSE FEES <br />A dog license fee of eight dollars ($8.00) per annum <br />shall be paid for each dog within the county, except that <br />the fee for a spayed female or neutered male shall be <br />three dollars ($3.00). <br />The director of public health or his designated <br />representative may require the submission of a certificate <br />of a licensed veterinarian stating that a dog has been <br />spayed or neutered prior to issuance of a license at the <br />lesser fee. <br />An additional fee of four dollars ($4.00) shall be <br />paid for a license purchased more than sixty (60) days <br />after notice to the owner to obtain a license or sixty <br />(60) days after expiration of a license. <br />-1- <br />
