AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE
NO. 170 9 r *ROM C -2 .(Central Business District
Commercial) to LM (Light Manufacturing)
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
amended to change the zoning of the property shown on the map
which is attached hereto and is a part of this Ordinance from
C -2 .(Central Business District Commercial) to LM (Light Manufacturing).
SECTION 2.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Or-
dinance. This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los
Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed and published in the ."own of Los Gatos within
fifteen (15) clays of its final passage and this Ordinance shall
take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the 21st day of June , 1976
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, at a regular meeting of the Town
Cowncll held on the day of 1 , 1976
