AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 526, AS AMENDED,
ESTABLISHING A PLAN LINE FOR AN
EXTENSION OF KAVIN LANE AND OAK KNOLL DRIVE
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 526 of the Town of Los Gatos, as amended by
Ordinances No. 531, 539, 542, 543, 720, 831, 853, 968, 1094 and
1186, is hereby amended for the purpose of adding subsection (1)
to read:
(1) Official Plan Lines Map for a connection between the
southerly termini of Oak Knoll Drive and Kavin Lane.
SECTION 2.
The map entitled "Official Plan Line for Kavin Lane" is hereby
made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall take effect and shall be in force thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption. The Town Clerk of the
Town of Los Gatos shall cause this Ordinance to be published once
within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Los Gatos Times-
Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation, published
and circulated in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of

Los Gatos held on the 20th day of September , 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council,
held on the 4th day of October 1976, by the
following vote:
