ORDINANCE REPEALING LANDMARK AND
HISTORIC DESIGNATION
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No, 1282 and sections 3, 4 and 7 of Ordinance No. 1278
which designated the properties shown on the attached maps, which are
incorporated in this Ordinance, are repealed.
SECTION 2.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Ordinance. This
Ordinance shall be ,published once in the Los Gatos Times- Saratoga Observer,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the Town of
Los Gatos within fifteen (15) days of its final passage and this Ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced
at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the
21st day of March , 1977.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 4th day of
April , 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Mark B. DiDuca,
Mardi Gualtieri, J B. Lochner and Albert B. Smith
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT COUNCIL MEMBERS None
