ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY TO THE TOWN OF LOS GAT0 KNOWN AS LOS GATOS BOULEVARD N0. 3
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. The annexation of territory hereafter described and designated "Los
Gatos Boulevard No. 3 Annexation" under the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory
Act of 1939 comprising Government Code Sections 35300 -35526 is approved.
2. The property annexed to the Town of Los Gatos is more particularly
described in Ekhibit t1 A" attached and made a part of this reference.
3. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit a certified copy of this
Ordinance to the Secretary of State. The Clerk is also directed to file a Statement
of Change of Boundaries with the State Board of Equalization, and the County Assessor
of Santa Clara County, under Government Code Sections 54900- 54902, and to execute
and file an affidavit of completion with the County Recorder of Santa Clara County
under Government Code Section 34080.
4. Within 15 days after the passage of this ordinance, the Town Clerk shall
cause it to be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
published and circulated in the Town.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 18th day of July , 1977, and adopted at a
meeting held on the lst day of August , 1977, by the following vote:

All that real property .situate in the County of Santa Clara, State
of California,, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northerly corner. of Lot 1 as.�aid lot is shown on
that Record of Survey of Tract No. 320 filed in the Office of the
Santa Clara County Recorder in Book 11 of Maps at Page 1, said corner
also being on the Southeasterly line of Los Gatos Boulevard, formerly
San Jose-Los Gatos Road, as said Boulevard is shown on said map, said
point also being on the limits line of the Town of Los Gatos as
established by "National Avenue No. 4t Annexation; thence along the
Northeasterly line of said Lot 1 and along the Southwesterly boundary
of said annexation S. 57 0 59 1 30 11 East 200.00 feet; thence along the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 1 and along the boundary of said
annexation S. 32 West 36.28 feet; thence leaving the boundary
of said annexation and running along the Southeasterly lines of said
Lot 1 and of Lots 2 and 3 as said lots are shown on said map S.
32 0 00 1 30 11 West 263.72 feet to the Southerly corner of said Lot 3;
thence along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 3'N. 57 0 59 1 30 11 West
200 feet•to the intersection thereof with said Southeasterly line
of Los Gatos Boulevard; thence along the Northwesterly lines of said
