ORDINANCE AMENDING LOS GATOS TOWN
CODE ADOPTING A PERIOD OF LIMITATIONS
FOR ADMINISTRATIVE MANDAMUS PROCEEDINGS
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
Section 1 -15 is added to the Los Gatos Town Code to read:
SEC. 1 -15. LIMITATION ON CODE CIV. PROC. §1094.5
PROCEEDINGS
The provisions of section 1094.6 of the Code of
Civil Procedure limiting the time in which adjudicatory
administrative decisions may be reviewed, and specifying
preliminary procedures, are adopted for review of all
proceedings of the Town within the scope of section
1094.6.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is
adopted. Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town
Clerk shall cause it to be published once in a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on February 6, 1978 ,

and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of
Los Gatos at a regular meeting of the Town Council on February
21, 1978
