AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE
NO. 48 PREZONING TO HR -5, HR -20 AND RC
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby amended to prezone
the property shown on the raps which are attached hereto a.nd are a part of this
ordinance to HR -5, HR -20, and RC.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within
15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause it to be
published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated
in the Town.
The foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a regular
meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 16th day
of March , 1981.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held on the 6th day
of April 1981, by the following vote:
AYES COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Marlyn J. Rasmussen, Peter W.
Siemens, Brent N. Ventura and Thomas J. Ferrito
