AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 526, AS AMENDED, AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL PLAN LINE FOR POLLARD ROAD
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 526 of the Town of Los Gatos, as amended by Ordinance
No. 531, 539, 542, 543, 720, 831, 853, 968, 1094, 1186, and 1336, is hereby
amended for the purpose of amending the Official Plan Lines Map for subsection (i):
(i) Official Plan Lines Map Pollard Road between Winchester
Boulevard and the West Town Limits, Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California.
SECTION 2.
The amended map entitled "Official Plan Line Pollard Road" is hereby
made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within
15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause it to be
published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated
in the Town.
The foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a
regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held
on the 7th day of April , 1980.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held on the 21st day
of April 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Peter W. Siemens and
Thomas J. Ferrito
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS
None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS Marlyn J. Rasmussen and Brent N. Ventura
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEM
