ORDINANCE NO. '142 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE CONCERNING CONDOMINIUMS <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES <br />ORDAIN: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Section 2.00.140 of the Town of Los Gatos Zoning <br />Ordinance is amended as follows: <br />SEC. 2. ' : CONDOMINIUM, RESIDENTIAL <br />A residental development which either contains <br />condominiums as defined in section 783 of the <br />Civil Code, is a community apartment complex as <br />defined in section 11004 of the Business and <br />Professions Code, or is a stock cooperative <br />project as defined in section 11003.2 of the <br />Business and Professions Code. <br />SECTION 2. <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it <br />is adopted. Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted <br />the Town Clerk shall cause it to be published once in a <br />newspapaer of general circulation published and circulated in <br />the Town. <br />This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of <br />the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on I_,ebru � <br />1'9 80 , and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the <br />1- 29 -80j <br />
