n <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1456 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE <br />NO. 35 FROM R- 1:8,000 TO RM:5 -12 <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby amended to <br />change the zoning of the property shown on the map which is attached <br />hereto and is a part of this ordinance from R- 1:8,000 to RM:5 -12. <br />SECTION 2. <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. <br />Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause <br />it to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation published <br />and circulated in the Town. <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a <br />regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on <br />the 21st day of January , 1980. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, <br />California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held on <br />the lath day of February , 1980, by the following vote: <br />AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, Lard; <br />Gualtieri, Peter W Siemens and Jobe B.
