ORDINANCE NO. 1151 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO. <br />32 FROM HR -1 TO HR -22 AND HR -20 <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby amended to <br />change the zoning of the property shown on the maps which are attached <br />hereto and is a part of this ordinance from HR -1 to HR -22 and HR -20. <br />SECTION 2. <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. <br />Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause <br />it to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation published <br />and circulated in the Town. <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a <br />regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on <br />the 19th day of November , 1979• <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, <br />California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the <br />3rd day of December , 1979, by the following vote: <br />AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J.
