ORDINANCE NO. 1695 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE 1513 <br />WHICH AMENDED THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING <br />ZONE CHANGE NO. 52 FROM RM:5 -20 -R -LHP TO R -1D- LHP -PD <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS: <br />SECTION I <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby amended to change <br />the zoning of the property at the Southeast corner of Nicholson and Wilder <br />Avenues shown on the map which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A and is a <br />part of this ordinance, from RM:5 -20 -R -LHP (Multiple Family Residential, 5 -20 <br />units per net acre - Rehabilitation Overlay - Landmark and Historic <br />Preservation Overlay Zones) to R -1D- LHP -PD (Single Family Residential, Downtown <br />- Landmark and Historic Preservation Overlay - Planned Development Overlay <br />Zones). <br />SECTION II <br />The PD (Planned Development Overlay) zone established by this ordinance <br />authorizes the following construction and use of improvements: <br />1. Four (4) rental dwelling units for low income senior citizens. <br />2. Parking for the units at a ratio of 1 space per unit minimum. <br />3. Landscaping, parking and other improvements shown and required on the <br />Official Development Plan. <br />4. Uses permitted are those specified in the RM (Multiple Family) zone by <br />Sections 4.32.020 (Permitted Uses) and 4.32.030 (Conditional Uses) of <br />the Zoning Ordinance, as those sections exist at the time of the <br />adoption of this ordinance, or as they may be amended in the future. <br />However, no use listed in Section 4.32.030 is allowed unless <br />specifically authorized by this ordinance, or by conditional use <br />permit. <br />
