SECTION 4 Section 7.04.015 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 7.04.015 Installation Standards The Uniform Plumbing Code Installation Standards, 1985 Edition, is adopted by reference. SECTION 5 Section 7.04.050 of the Town Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 6 Section 7.05.010 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 7.05.010 National Electric Code The National Electric Code, 1984 Edition, with modifications and omissions provided in Sections 7.05.015 through 7.05.035, is adopted by reference. SECTION 7 Section 7.05.025 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 7.05.025 General Requirements Section 300 °1 of the National Electric Code is amended by adding subsection (d) to read: (d) Buildings other than residential shall be wired in approved raceway. For the purpose of this Section, hotels and motels are considered commercial buildings. SECTION 8 Section 7.05 035 of the Town Code is hereby repealed. SE CTION 9 Section 7.07.010 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 70.07.010 Adoption The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1985 Edition, with modifications and omissions provided in Sections 7.07.015 through 7.07.020 of Article VII, is adopted by reference.
