AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS RELATING
TO EXPIRATIONS OF ZONING APPROVALS
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby ordains.
SECTION 1:
Section 6.30.140 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is
hereby amended as follows,",
SEC^Au20.00: EXEIRATNNAE.APPROUA[5
All approvals granted under the terms of this Ordinance expire one
year after the date of approval, unless the approval is used before
expiration.
Exceptions; (1) Approvals em in an ordinance have no expiration
date"
(R) Architecture and Site Approvals in the HR zone expire
in two years.
