ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DESIGNATING 110 FAST MAIN STREET AS THE
LOCATION OF ALL TOWN OFFICES
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 2 - 10.3 of the Town Code is hereby enacted as follows:
SEC. 2 -10.3: DESIGNATION OF TOWN HALL AS LOCATION OF ALL TOWN OFFICES.
All Town offices, including those of the Clerk and T reasurer, shall be
located at Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, in the Town except as hereinafter
provided. From time to time, the Town Council may designate other locations for
Town offices.
This or takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted.
Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall cause it to
be published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated
in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos on April 8, . 1935, and adopted by
the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of os Gatos at a reqular
meeting of the Town Council on April 15 1985.
