ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 OF THE TOWN CODE RELATING TO
ANIMALS AND VEHICLES
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 5 -1 of Chapter 5 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
SEC. 5 -1. ADOPTION OF DIVISION B4 OF COUNTY ORDINANCE
Division B4 of the County of Santa Clara Ordinance Code, Animals and
Fowl, as derived from County Ordinances NS- 500.8, NS- 600.9, NS- 600.9 -1,
NS- 6UU.17, NS- 60U.18, NS- 600.19, NS- 600.20, and NS- 600.21, as modified by
this ordinance, is adopted by reference.

This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted.
Within 15 .days after this ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall cause
it to be published once in a newspaper of general circul published
and circulated in the Town.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at
a r meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held
on the 19th � day of February , 1985•
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a -- re meeting of the Town Council held on
the 4th day of March 1985 by the following vote:
