SECTION III <br />SECTION 3.41.075 of the Town Zoning Ordinance is repealed. <br />SECTION IV <br />SECTION 4.52.090 of the Town Zoning Ordinance is added to read: <br />SEC. 4.52.090 BUILDINGS LOCATED IN A PARKING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />The floor area ratio for all new buildings or expansion of the gross floor <br />area of an existing building located on a Parking Assessment District <br />shall not exceed .60. <br />In the event a building or buildings which exceed a FAR of .60 within the <br />Office Zone are destroyed involuntarily, reconstruction to the amount of <br />the prior floor area shall be allowed, subject to all other provisions of <br />this ordinance. <br />SECTION V <br />SECTION 4.54.100 of the Town Zoning Ordinance is added to read: <br />SEC. 4.54.100 BUILDINGS LOCATED IN A PARKING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />The floor area ratio for all new buildings or expansion of the gross floor <br />area of an existing building located on a Parking Assessment District <br />shall not exceed .60. <br />In the event a building or buildings which exceed a FAR of .60 within the <br />C -1 Zone are destroyed involuntarily, reconstruction to the amount of the <br />prior floor area shall be allowed, subject to all other provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br />SECTION VI <br />SECTION 5.20.205.2.0 of the Town Zoning Ordinance is amended to read: <br />2. Community Services <br />c. Public transportation and parking facilities. <br />SECTION VII <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within <br />15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause it to be <br />published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated <br />in the Town. <br />- 2 - <br />
