ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWN CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
TO INCLUDE THE FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR AS A DESIGNATED EMPLOYEE
SECTION 1.
Section 2 -61 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Sec. 2 -61. Designated Employees
This section shall constitute the Appendix referred to in
Section 2 of the standardized code. The Council hereby
finds that the following persons make or participate in the
making of dec isions which may foreseeably have a material
effect on financial interests, and are therefor designated
employees: all elected Town officials, the Town Attorney,
the Town Manager, the Assistant Town Manager, the Finance
Administrator and all Department Heads appointed by the Town
Manager,
SECTION 2.
This ordinance takes effect thirty (30) days after the date it is
adopted. Within fifteen (15) days after this ordinance is adopted, the
Town Clerk shall cause it to be published once in a newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in the Town.
Thi ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos on ' January 6th , 19 87 and adopted
by the following vote as an ordinance of the own o Los Gatos at a
regular meeting of the Town council on January 20th 19 87 .
