ORDINANCE NO. 1608 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN <br />OF LOS GATOS RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF "RESTAURANT" <br />THE _`TOWN'COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS HEREBY ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Section 2.00.403 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby enacted and added as <br />follows: <br />SEC. 2.00.403: RESTAURANT <br />Restaurant means a retail food service establishment in which food <br />or beverage is prepared, served and sold to customers for on -site or take- <br />out consumption. <br />SECTION 2 <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. <br />Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall cause it <br />to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and cir- <br />culated in the Town. <br />The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced <br />at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the <br />6th day of February , 1984. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California, <br />at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held on the 21st day of February <br />1984 by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ABSENT: <br />SIGNED: <br />ATTEST: <br />DEPUTY C CL " ERKOF THE TOWN OF OS GATOS <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. <br />Carlson, Terrence J.
