ORDINANCE NO. 1610 <br />All ORDINANCE 01= THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING SECTION 4.86.230 OF THE TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE <br />The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby ORDAINS: <br />SECTION I <br />Section 4.06.230 is amended to read, as follows: <br />" SEC. 4.86.230: FILING FEES <br />There shall be no filing fee for any Architecture and Site Ap- <br />proval application or to commence any proceedings, under the provisions <br />of the landmark and historic preservation overlay zone." <br />,F('TTnN TT <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within <br />15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause it to be <br />published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated <br />in the Town. <br />This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of <br />the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on February 21 1984 , and <br />adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at <br />a regular meeting of the Town Council <br />on March 5 T984. <br />AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D.
