ORDINANCE NO. 1615 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ADOPTING BY <br />REFERENCE WITH MODIFICATIONS, OF 1982 EDITIONS <br />OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, UNIFORM MECHANICAL <br />CODE, UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, UNIFORM CODE FOR THE <br />ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDING AND UNIFORM <br />PLUMBING CODE <br />The Town Council of Los Gatos hereby ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Section 7.04.030 of Article IV, Chapter 7 is repealed. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Section 7.02.010 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 7.02.010 Uniform Building Code adoption <br />The Uniform Building Code, 1982 Edition, with Appendix Chapters 7 <br />Part I, 11, 32, 35, 49, 55, 57 and 70 with modifications and omissions <br />provided in Sections 7.02.020 through 7.02.040 of this article, is adopted <br />by reference. <br />gprTTnm i <br />Section 7.020.020 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 7.020.020. Sections deleted <br />Each of the following sections of Uniform Building Code is hereby <br />deleted: 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 301 <br />302, 303, 304, 305, 306, and 307, respectively. <br />SECTION 4 <br />Section 7.03.010 of the Town Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 7.03.010 Adoption by reference of the Uniform Housing Code <br />The Uniform Housing Code, 1982 Edition, with omissions and modifications <br />provided in Section 7.03.015 through 7.03.020 of this article is adopted <br />by reference. <br />
