AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN CODE CONCERNING APPEALS
FROM DECISIONS BY THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN:
SECTION I
Section 29.20.257 of the Town Code is added to read:
Sec. 29.20.257. Appeals from decisions by the Development Review Committee.
Any interested person may appeal to the Planning Commission any Development
Review Committee decision making a determination authorized by Section 29.20.745.
SECTION II
Section 29.20.260 of the Town Code is amended to read:
Sec. 29.20.260. Notice of appeal.
The appellant must file a written notice of appeal with the Planning Director not
more than ten (10) days after the date of mailing of written notification of the Planning
Director's or Development Review Committee's decision.
SECTION III
Section 29.20.270 of the Town Code is repealed since it is incorporated in Section
29.20.257 of the Town Code.

SECTION IV
This Ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within 15 days after
this Ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall cause it to be published once in a
newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the Town
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos on April 20, 1992, and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance
of the Town of Los Gatos at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on
May 4, 1992.
