AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1833 RELATING TO MODIFIED SIDE YARD
SETBACKS AFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO. 83 FROM R -1:8 TO R- 1:8000 -PD
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS:
SECTION I
The Site Plan of Ordinance No. 1833 is hereby amended to reflect new side
sidebacks as shown on the map which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A.
SECTION II
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within 15 days after
this ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall cause it to be published once in a
newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos on November 4, 1991, and adopted by the following vote as an
ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at a regular meeting of the Town Council on
November 18, 1991.
