ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING SECTION 16 -43.2 OF THE LOS GATOS
TOWN CODE FOR ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS
ON CERTAIN STREETS
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES HEREBY
SECTION I
Article IV of chapter 16 -43.2, of the Town Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION II
Based on an engineering and traffic survey, Section 16 -43.2 of the Los Gatos Town Code
is hereby enacted to read as follows:

SECTION III
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services shall post appropriate
signs giving notice hereof on such streets at the locations he determines are suitable.
SECTION IV
This Ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within 15 days after
this Ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall cause it to be published once in a
newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the Town.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos on August 19, 1991, and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance
of the Town of Los Gatos at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on
September 3, 1991.
