ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING SECTION 29.10.020 OF THE TOWN CODE CHANGING
THE QUALIFICATION DATE OF ALL HISTORIC STRUCTURES
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
The definition of "historic structure" as found in:
The Definitions section of the Zoning Regulations, Section 29.10.020 of the
Town Code is amended to read as follows:
Historic Structure means:
(1) Any structure that is located within an historic district; or
(2) Any structure that is historically designated; or
(3) Any structure constructed prior to 1941.
SECTION II
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos on May 17, 1993, and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the
Town of Los Gatos at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on June 7,
1993. This ordinance takes effect 30 days after it is adopted.
