ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
REPEALING SECTION 15.40.160 THOUGH 15.40.200 OF THE TOWN CODE
REGARDING PERMIT PARKING IN THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RIGHT -OF -WAY
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
Sections 15.40.160 through 15.40.200 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Los
Gatos, is hereby repealed and declared null and void and of no further effect.
SECTION II
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos on June 27, 1994 and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the
Town of Los Gatos at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on
July 5, 1994. This ordinance takes effect 30 days after it is adopted.
