RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ACCEPT FROM THE LOS
GATOS POLICE FOUNDATION THE AMOUNT OF $4,200 FOR THE
PURCHASE OF RESERVE UNIT BALLISTIC VESTS
WHEREAS, the .Los Gatos Police Foundation has donated funds to the Los
Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department for the purchase of ballistic vests; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department will receive a $4,200 donation from the
Los Gatos Police Foundation which will cover the costs of the vests;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, that the Town Manager is authorized to accept a donation from the Los
Gatos Police Foundation for the purpose of purchasing ballistic vests for the reserve
unit employees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of February, 2006, by the
following. vote:
