RESOLUTION NO. 2007-114 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION 2007-026 CERTAIN DEPARTMENT FEES, <br />RATES, AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, that the Town of Los Gatos Financial Policies require an annual evaluation <br />of the Schedule of Fees and Charges to ensure that recovery of the cost of providing services is <br />recovered where appropriate, and the last update of fees, rates and charges went into effect Julyl, <br />2007, <br />WHEREAS, that certain fees for the Police Department relating to massage permitting <br />be amended and adopted, <br />WHEREAS, that those fees that are currently in effect will continue and remain in <br />effect without interruption, but shall be increased to reflect increased costs of providing service, <br />.RESOLVED, that Resolution 2007-026 adopting departmental fees, rates, and charges <br />is hereby amended, <br />RESOLVED, that the Police Department Fee Schedule page, attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A shall become effective upon adoption of this resolution. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 5th <br />day of November, 2007 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Barbara Spector, Mike Wasserman, and Mayor Joe <br />Pirzynski <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN <br />SIGNED: l ~' <br />MAYOR OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA <br />TEST: <br />OF THE'TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA <br />
