APN 529-04-048. The Town's General Plan states that an applicant's project description and/or promises should become conditions of the project approval. Staff offers the following revised and new conditions to more distinctly reflect the applicant's project description in the letters of justification (Exhibits 5 & 6). In the revised conditions, deleted wording is stricken and new wording is underlined. (New) SERVICE BAR OPERATION: The service bar shall only operate while the restaurant is operating. (New) RETAIL: No retail space is allowed within the restaurant. Sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption is allowed. If the Council fords merit with the revised and new conditions, the Council may include these revised and new conditions as part of Council's motion.
