ORDINANCE <br />ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />RESCINDING ORDINANCES 2081 AND 2122 AND <br />EFFECTING A ZONE CHANGE FROM RM:S-12:PD TO R-1:8:PD <br />AT PLACER OAKS ROAD <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I <br />The Town Code of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby amended to rescind Ordinances <br />2081 and 2122 and to change the zoning at Placer Oaks Road as shown on the map which is <br />attached hereto marked Exhibit A and is part of this Ordinance from RM:S-12:PD (Medium <br />Density Residential, 5-12 units per acre, Planned Development), to R-1;8:PD (Single Family <br />Residential, 1 to 5 dwelling units per acre, Planned Development). <br />SECTION II <br />The PD (Planned Development Overlay) zone established by this Ordinance authorizes <br />the following construction and use of improvements: <br />1. Ten single family residences, one of which is a Below Market Price Unit; and <br />2. Landscaping, streets, parking, open space and other site improvements shown and <br />required on the Official Development Plan. <br />
