RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LDS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO PRELIMINARY
DISCUSSIONS WITH THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY TRANSPORTATION
AUTHORITY FOR TRANSIT SHELTER ADVERTISING
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos desires to enter into preliminary discussions
with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority regarding transit shelter advertising; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest for the agencies to work together as a
reliable and timely means of discussion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council does hereby
authorize the Town Manager to enter into preliminary discussions with the Santa Clara Valley
Transportation Authority regarding transit shelter advertising.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 16t~' day of February, 2010, by the following vote:
