RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE
ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLIER FOR CALCULATING
THE VALUATION OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
WHICH IS USED TO DETERMINE BUILDING PERMIT FEES..
WHEREAS, the construction costs in the Town of Los Gatos have increased
significantly in the last several years.; and
WHEREAS, the building permit valuation for the Town of Los Gatos is
significantly below actual construction .costs:;

RESOLVED, that the building permit valuation multiplier be adjusted to
RESOLVED, that the new building permit valuation multiplier be adopted.
RESOLVED, that the new building permit valuation factor become effective
60 days from the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 1st day of March,- 2004 by the following
vote:
