RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GA'I'OS
ACCEPTING TRACT 9127
SUMMERHILL HOMES DEVELOPMENT
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WI~EREAS:
1. The Town Council approved the .final map for Tract 9127 -Summerhill Homes
Development -14734 Blossom Hill Road on October 18, 1999.
2. The Summerhill Homes Open Space Maintenance District only which consists of
approximately 85 acres of natural open space, drying shed which may be used by the Town for
storage of its maintenance equipment, and a paved portion of the .linear trail or the sidewalks was
approved and accepted by Council on January 7, 2002.
3. The final development, consisting of 44 new single-family homes, is now ready for
approval and acceptance.
RESOLVED:.
A. The Summerhill Homes Development is hereby accepted as complete.
B. The Town.Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion for the Summerhill Homes Development which is
.attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 22th day of .January,. 2002 by the .following vote.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that Tract 9127 - Surnmerhill Homes Development was substantially
completed in January, 2002.
The work at the Summerhill Homes Open Space District which generally consists of
approximately 85 acres ofnatural open space, drying shed which may be used by the Town for
storage of its .maintenance equipment, and a paved portion of the linear trail or the sidewalks was
approved and accepted by Council on January 7, 2002. ,
The final development was completed in January, 2002 and is commonly known as Tract 9127 -
Summerhill Homes Open Space Maintenance District - 14734 Blossom Hill Road.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is American Motorists Insurance
Company. .
