RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
GRANTING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ACROSS TOWN PROPERTY
COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS KENNEDY MEADOWS
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos owns property commonly referred to as the
Kennedy Meadows Open Space, more particularly described as Assessor's Parcel Number 532-
18-051; and
WHEREAS, Mr. & Mrs. Robert J. DeSantis are the owners of the property located at
105 Kennedy Court in the Town of Los Gatos which also abuts said property of the Town; and
WHEREAS,1VIr & Mrs. DeSantis have requested a Sanitary Sewer Easement from the
Town across. its property in favor of their property; .and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered the merits of said request and has
determined that granting such an easement is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos hereby approves the request of Mr. & Mrs. DeSantis for a Sanitary Sewer Easement .across
the Town property commonly referred to as the Kennedy Meadows Open Space.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Manager is authorized to execute the
attached Easement Deed on behalf of the Town granting a Sanitary Sewer Easement to Mr. &
Mrs. DeSantis as shown on Exhibit One attached thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as compensation for the value of said easement,
the Town accepts payment from Mr. & Mrs. DeSantis in the amount of T11ree-Hundred Dollars
($300).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the St'' day of March, 2001 by t11e following vote:
